Dr. Aylah Sroloff
Dr. Aylah Sroloff completed her doctoral program at Antioch University Seattle. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Sroloff completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she provided evidence based psychotherapy and assessment services to a diverse population of children and adults in medical and university based settings. During her training, she conducted neuropsychological evaluations for organ transplant patients and potential organ donors. Dr. Sroloff also worked at the University of Denver, where she provided neuropsychological evaluations for children addressing a wide range of diagnostic questions, including attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, specific learning disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma and stressor-related disorders. Currently, Dr. Sroloff is completing her post-doctoral fellowship here at Newton Neuropsychology Group, where she provides neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Sroloff’s training has afforded her the opportunity to work with people across the lifespan in settings such as academic medical centers, primary care offices, psychiatric hospitals, and private practices. Through these diverse experiences, Dr. Sroloff has developed an integrative approach that is tailored to the individual, drawing from evidence based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Dr. Sroloff is committed to creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to tackle life’s challenges and pursue their interests and goals.
Outside her professional work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and playing with her rescue cat Greta.
