We're building something special at Newton Neuropsychology Group, a thriving practice where clinicians truly enjoy their work and support each other's growth. If you're a postdoctoral fellow or licensed psychologist looking for a collaborative environment that values both professional excellence and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Clinicians Choose to Work With Us

Newton Neuropsychology Group provides high quality, comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessment of children, adults, and older adults throughout the lifespan using state-of-the-art assessment practices. Our practice offers more than just excellent clinical training, we've created a workplace where professionals thrive both clinically and personally.

A Collaborative, Supportive Environment

Our team includes neuropsychologists, therapists, school psychologists, and specialists who genuinely enjoy working together. You'll join like-minded professionals who share knowledge freely, consult on complex cases, and celebrate each other's successes. We foster collaboration rather than competition, creating an atmosphere where everyone's expertise strengthens the whole team.

Work-Life Balance That's Real

We believe in a "work to live" philosophy, not the other way around. Our hybrid work model and flexible scheduling allow you to maintain the personal life that matters to you. We know that clinicians who have time for family, hobbies, and rest provide better care to clients. Company lunches and team outings create connection and fun rather than feeling like obligations.

Professional Growth and Mentorship

Whether you're completing your postdoctoral training or joining us as a licensed psychologist, you'll have access to excellent supervision and mentorship across various areas of expertise. Our leadership team includes experienced clinicians who are genuinely invested in your professional development. We provide opportunities for specialized training in assessments like ADOS, MIGDAS, and projective measures.

Comprehensive Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401K with employer match after one year, and gym access. For postdoctoral fellows, we provide structured training with individual supervision, group supervision, weekly didactics, and case conferences with staff clinicians.

What It's Like to Work Here

Collaborative Learning

You'll work alongside seasoned clinicians who remember what it was like to be early in their careers. Questions are welcomed, not judged. Complex cases get discussed openly, with everyone contributing their perspective. When someone discovers a great resource or learns a new technique, they share it with the team.

Flexible and Sustainable

We schedule evaluations and therapy sessions in ways that prevent clinician burnout. You'll have time for thorough report writing, thoughtful case conceptualization, and breaks between demanding appointments. Hybrid work options mean you can complete some tasks from home. If you need to adjust your schedule for family obligations or personal needs, we work with you to make it happen.

Professional Development

Regular didactics keep your knowledge current. You'll learn about new assessment tools, refined diagnostic criteria, and emerging research relevant to clinical practice. Opportunities for specialized training allow you to develop expertise in areas that interest you. For those interested in supervision or leadership, we provide pathways for growth into those roles.

A Practice That Values Its Team

Company lunches aren't just about food, they're about taking a break together and actually enjoying your colleagues' company. Team outings create connections beyond clinical work. When someone has a personal milestone or challenge, the team shows up. We've built a workplace where people genuinely care about each other's wellbeing.
