How Sessions Are Delivered

• Intake sessions conducted virtually

• Testing sessions completed in person at our Newton office

Accessibility

Our Newton Centre office provides a comfortable, private setting for in-person testing sessions. Parents can wait in our private waiting room with WiFi during their child's evaluation.

FEES AND INSURANCE

We believe in clear communication about costs so families can make informed decisions.

With Blue Cross Blue Shield or Medicare

In network coverage is available for all BCBS plans. Medicare is accepted by some of our clinicians. Academic testing is 1,800 and is not covered by insurance.

Private Pay as of 1/1

  • School aged children: $4,500
  • Preschoolers and adults without academic testing: $3,100
  • Preschoolers and adults with academic testing: $4,900
  • Academic testing add on: $1,800

Out of Network Reimbursement

Families with other insurance plans may request a superbill for possible reimbursement. Your insurer can confirm whether out of network benefits apply.

Therapy, Parent Coaching and Educational Consultation

Fees vary by clinician and will be reviewed during your initial consultation.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and HSA or FSA cards.


Insurance based evaluations are billed partially after the feedback session.


Private pay services are due at the time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to families and individuals waiting for services.


Intakes, Feedback Sessions and Therapy

  • 24 hours notice required. Cancellations or missed appointments incur a 125 fee.


Testing Appointments

  • 48 hours notice required. Missed or late canceled testing appointments incur a 500 fee.


If illness or an unexpected situation arises, please contact us promptly so we can help you reschedule.
