Clinical Staff

Dr. Lindsay Allen
Hi, I'm Dr. Lindsay!
I'm dedicated to collaboratively working with children, adolescents, and adults to better understand their unique perspectives, feelings, and experiences. I recognize there is no "one size fits all" approach or solution, and I'm committed to cultivating a therapeutic environment that is safe and nurturing.
My clinical practice is eclectic and integrative, focusing on using a strength-based approach to provide evidence-based interventions. I draw on a broad range of experience from both private practice and community mental health settings.
