Dr. Abby Oostendorp

Hi, I'm Dr. Oostendorp!

I'm committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life's challenges and work towards personal goals. My training has allowed me to work with people across the lifespan in various treatment settings in the greater Boston area.

Therapeutically, I've developed an integrated and evidence-based style with a focus on a person-centered approach. Across all settings, I prioritize creating spaces where clients can explore their experiences and develop strategies for growth.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy traveling, being active, and spending time with family and friends.
