Hi, I'm Dr. Cetoute!



With over a decade of clinical experience as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and National Certified Counselor, I'm passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves through thoughtful, individualized assessment. I believe that clear, accurate evaluations can be a powerful tool in guiding meaningful support and intervention.


My approach is holistic, collaborative, and affirming, and I strive to create a space where every client feels seen, heard, and empowered. I'm committed to culturally responsive and inclusive care, having focused my doctoral studies on African-American and Caribbean Mental Health.
