Dr. Tyler Zink

Tyler Zink completed his doctorate in clinical psychology at Boston University. He developed specialized training at the internship level through the Boston Consortium in Clinical Psychology at Boston VA Healthcare system, with a major rotation in neuropsychology and a minor rotation in rehabilitation psychology.

After finishing his degree, Dr. Zink worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical School, first as a post-doctoral fellow and then as supervising faculty in clinical neuropsychology, providing care to patients in psychiatry and neurology settings. He has earned board certification in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Zink has experience conducting research throughout his doctoral career, with some areas of focus including aging, behavioral genetics, test development, and cognitive remediation of rare neurological disorders. In recent years, he has expanded his career focus to include a greater emphasis on teaching doctoral level course work in neuropsychology, mentoring individuals seeking board certification in clinical neuropsychology, improving clinical and teaching program development at BIDMC, and providing service to the field of neuropsychology, first as the secretary and then as the president, on the executive board of directors for the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society. Dr. Zink now continues this focus in teaching, mentorship, supervision, and service as the Director of the Neuropsychology Concentration at William James College.
